The Scorpio Full Moon of Sunday, April 29, 2018, at 5:58 p.m. PDT at 9° Scorpio 38′ is powerful.  I don’t know how the week leading up to this Full Moon has been for you, but for me, it’s been pretty intense both mentally and physically.  I’m exhausted, and it has yet to peak.  The exact Mars conjunct retrograde Pluto at 21° Capricorn that occurred on Thursday flows over into this intense Scorpio Full Moon.  Mars, the traditional ruler of Scorpio, is exalted in Capricorn and has Rulership of the Moon, Jupiter in Scorpio and Mercury, Chiron, and Uranus in Aries, the home sign of Mars.  And we thought the Aries New Moon was intensive!  This energy is a powerful push to be unafraid to dive deep and come up with buried treasure.  My Dreamtime has been a vivid reminder of what has been lying deep beneath of the surface:  The past coming to full circle in the present…a glimpse of a new perspective.  “Though you cannot change the past, know that you can change what is in your life now.”  ~ Lynn V. Full Moons are about culmination but also puts a spotlight on that which needs to be revealed.  The Moon is in her fall in probing Scorpio…an adverse position for her.  As a fixed water sign, she is very intense, intuitive, emotional, passionate and secretive, but also very capable of delving deep beneath the surface to get to the root of any issues.  This is an opportune time for transformative work.  Recognize your deepest desires, emotions, resentments, and disappointments.  Did you use the Aries warrior energy from the New Moon to courageously tackle core issues?  Seeds sowed at the New Moon may now have sprouted buds of transformation.  Penetrating Scorpio works hard to reveal that which needs healing or rebirth.  Optimistic Jupiter in investigative Scorpio assists in expanding the ability to get to the truth of the matter.  Metamorphosis is the operative word.  “It’s okay to be scared.  Being scared means you’re about to do something really, really brave.”  ~ Winston Churchill

While this resourceful Scorpio Full Moon is busy illuminating that which must be seen and acknowledged, it receives support from the friendly trine to imaginative Neptune and an opportunistic sextile to disciplined Saturn.  Changes can be made now that before seemed unrealistic and unattainable, especially with strong foundational support from the steadfast Taurus Sun trining the assertive Mars/transformative Pluto conjunction and responsible Saturn, in his home sign of hardworking Capricorn, providing the energy, strength, and endurance.  This is not the time to slumber.  It is the time of movement…to move beyond your fears and illusions.  You have the power to recreate your world.  “…stand up for the life you trully want for yourself, by making choices that align with that.”  ~ Unknown
